Holiday apartment on a farm near many hiking paths and cross-country skiing trails

Spend a holiday on a farm. The farm is located in the midst of an idyllic mountain landscape in the beautiful Schmirntal. All those seeking relaxation, peace and quiet and an intact environment will enjoy the beautiful and largely untouched landscape. The farm is almost 33 years old and guests can experience farming life here.

The renovated holiday apartment has a fully-equipped and functional kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a WC and a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out sofa. The kitchen has a cooking corner and a sitting corner, as well as another sofa that can be used as a bed.

The central location is a starting point for a range of winter and summer activities. In summer you can go on extended mountain bike tours and hikes of all difficulty levels, on countless well-maintained hiking and forest paths. Mountain bikers coming from Hintertux can spend a night or more here to rest.

The high valley has guaranteed snow in winter and is therefore an insider’s tip. You can set out on very beautiful ski tours 50 metres from the house. The cross-country skiing trail leads right past the farm. The toboggan run is not far from the farm and is always well-maintained, leading past a beautifully situated pilgrimage chapel that is worth seeing. The nearest restaurant is about 200 metres away, the nearest shops about 2km away.

    “Awe some place, high altitude, total calm and true nature around you. Fantastic hosts! Hospitable, friendly, helpful and open-minded.Have spent post-Xmas and NY17 week with 2 kids; despite lack of white layer fully enjoyed the location from where anyone can reach ski/slee/cross-country resorts within 10-15 mins driving.
