Great furnished and family friendly holiday house for six people directly at the sandy beach in Dénia

The cosy holiday house is situated in a small, quiet complex (2 x 9 houses) with well maintained palm garden and shared pool directly at the fine sandy beach of Las Marinas which is only ten minutes away by foot from the centre of Denia.

The spacious and comfortably furnished terrace house for between two and six people has a large terrace (20 m²) with own garden and direct access to the pool and beach. In the complex with old palm trees which offer shade there is a large pool with integrated kid’s pool.

The living area comprises of two floors. On the lower floor one can find a fully equipped open kitchen with spacious living room, sofa suite, large dining table with seating and tiled stove, SAT TV and free wireless internet. From the living area one has direct access to the terrace and garden via glass sliding doors. Over a small staircase you are able to reach two Spanish styled bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two large single beds. Right next to them is a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower/bathtub.
The large bright bedroom on the top floor is equipped with a large king-size bed, a sofa suite and there is direct access to the upper terrace with wonderful sea and garden view. All rooms have air conditioning.

In the basement there is a second bathroom with shower and toilet, storage room with washing machine and locked garage which can be used by smaller cars. There is also parking available for a vehicle on the property. The gate to the complex and the garage door can be opened with a remote control. Furthermore you have two bicycles, a table tennis table, a cot and high chair available free of charge. Pets are permitted. For a carefree and problem free vacation a personal support that can speak German, English and Spanish is at your disposal.
In close proximity of the holiday home there is the 10,000 m² large park “Les Basetes” with lovely palm tree alleys, playgrounds with fitness equipment, trick fountains and a small bar, Ideal for evening strolls in quiet surroundings.

    “Ideally located, very close to the beach. You can also from the spacious patio directly to clean the pool three times a week by a firm maintained. The private garden is maintained by the company. Spacious bedrooms, decent beds. Two clean, spacious and clean bathrooms with shower or bath, toilet, sink, hair dryers available.
