Fabulous apartment with a modern, open kitchen, in a quiet location and in the midst of the Zillertal

This apartment is in a quiet location on a side street with little traffic in Ried im Zillertal, but nevertheless in the centre, with the Hochzillertal cable car in the immediate vicinity in winter, as well as two ski bus stops.

The ground-floor apartment has a modern interior and provides around 91m² of living space. It is suitable for two to five people and has two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200cm), a hallway, a modern bathroom with a washing machine, and a separate WC. There is also a storage room. The combined living and dining room has a suite and a big LCD TV with a satellite receiver, a dining table for up to six people, an open and fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. The living room also has a tiled fireplace stove and under-floor heating. A drying room is available.

If you enjoy being outdoors in the fresh air, then you will be delighted with the garden and the terrace, which are fenced and provide a canopy swing, a garden table with chairs and a big parasol. Beyond the fencing there is also a playground for children. Right next to the garden there is a car parking space. There is also a space for parking bicycles.

A travel cot for toddlers is available. There is a storage room and drying room for skis or bicycles. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible.
In the immediate vicinity, only about 100 metres away, you can find the Hochzillertal cable car in winter, as well as two ski bus stops nearby. A range of summer sports are also available, such as a tennis centre, hiking trails, cycle paths, golf courses and a driving range etc. A grocery shop, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, a café are just two or three minutes away.
