Villa with a garden and its own private swimming pool, near the beach

This villa is located in Playa Blanca, in the Las Coloradas region, in the island of Lanzarote’s South. It’s a less than ten minutes’ walk to the beach of Playa de Papagayo.

The villa boasts 100 m² of living space. It features a total of 3 bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. All the rooms are bright and benefit from large windows. Two of the rooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is complete with bath tub, shower and bidet. One of rooms with single beds has its own entrance via the terrace, making this a room separate from the rest of the villa. The fully equipped kitchen proffers everything from oven to coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, teapot, fridge with freezer compartment and dish washer. This open plan kitchen leads to the living room, equipped with a 32 inch flatscreen satellite television with DVD and USB port. The villa is decorated in a subtle style, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. All rooms benefit from plenty of natural daylight.

Furthermore, there is a spacious terrace and a pergola with a teak wood table and chairs for 6 persons. From here, you have a view of the sea and the mountains, which surround the area behind the villa. The well maintained and lovingly designed garden features plants and flowers. Here, you also find the swimming pool and the barbecue.

We like our guests to enjoy a relaxing stay from the minute of arrival, and therefore provide a welcome basket (except for special offer 7=5 bookings). Please note that for special promotion bookings there will be no provision of a welcome basket.

This very bright villa has only recently been renovated and is located in a very quiet area, thanks to the estate being on a one-way road. In total, there are 8 houses in the road. The beach is only a seven minutes’ walk away, making this an ideal place for sports and nature lovers.
