Holiday villa with a swimming pool and terrace and with many comforts

Our house with a garden and swimming pool is located in a quiet urbanization with guests from many different nations staying throughout the year. Therefore, this is not holiday urbanization with the usual hustle and bustle. Outside the main season, we stay here ourselves, thus the house is furnished accordingly.

Spreading over two floors, on the upper floor there is an entrance area, measuring some 14 m², a living room (approx. 40 m²) with a 46’’ plasma screen and BluRay media centre as well as the dining room (approx. 18m²) with a table and six chairs. There is also a kitchen (approx. 12m²) with oven, ceran 4-burner cooktop, fridge freezer combination and dishwasher, a bathroom (approx. 3.5 m²) equipped with toilet and shower as well as the balcony terrace (approx. 18m²) complete with sunblind, tall table, table and six chairs. In the lower part, there are two bedrooms, one measuring 12m² and the second measuring 16m², with double beds and built-in wardrobes as well as a bathroom (approx. 5 m²) including shower unit, bidet and toilet.

For each guest, bed linen and a set of towels (bath towel, two towels, a flannel and a towel for guests) are provided. Thanks to a washing machine on site, you can do your laundry at any time. In our experience, the washing usually gets dry fast. The kidney shaped swimming pool measures 7 metres and is surrounded by a 1,700 m² garden (partly forested with pine trees). The swimming pool terrace is furnished with four loungers and a large sunshade. Furthermore, there is a leather suite and a dining table with four chairs.

The bordering forest and the Sierra Bernio, 1,000 metres above sea level, offer holiday entertainment amid beautiful and untouched nature. Take advantage of the beautiful surroundings and go on long hikes, climbing tours or walks. It is only 3,500 m to the sea. There you find different stretches of beach to suit every taste. There even is an area for naturists at the beach of Campomanes! However, many of our guests prefer our private swimming pool, as here you can relax in peace and quiet. Since our villa is located 117m above sea level, it is recommendable to be mobile.

Our urbanization, the "Alhama Springs", is part of the small village of "Altea la Vieja", where you can find shopping facilities. There are "Aldi", "Lidl" and other shopping centres such as "Carrefour" and "La Marina" in Altea, Calpe and Benidorm. If you are interested in Tango, we are happy to let you know about the right dates and places for a good Milongas session. A new tango scene following the Spanish dance masters “Vicky and David” has established itself between Valencia and Murcia. The meeting places are in the vicinity of Altea, so easy for you to get to. Beginners and advanced dancers find plenty of opportunities to practice. We are very happy to establish contacts for you.
