Breton stone house with a garden and a patio in a quiet location on the peninsula of Crozon

This traditional Breton stone house is located in a small town near Crozon, on the Crozon peninsula. It is surrounded by a 1,500 m² garden properly and is ideal for holiday makers looking for peace and quiet, hiking and aquatic sports.

The 80 m² house accommodates up to six people. The living room is furnished with cosy sofas, armchairs and a television. The kitchen is fully furnished and boasts a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. There are two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed, the other one offers a double and two single beds.

The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture, a sun shade and four sun loungers. The large garden offers plenty of beautiful, relaxing spots. Parking for three cars is available in the courtyard.

The complex is enclosed and therefore suitable for children and pets. The owners speak German and English.

Enjoy the beautiful coastal hiking trails along the Breton coast. The ocean is only 300 meters and the closest beach is only two kilometers from the property. Restaurants and shops can be found in Crozon or in Camaret sur Mer.
