Stylish holiday flat near Lake Iroise

The holiday flats ˮLes Résidences Océanesˮ welcome you year round in a beautiful setting on the coast of Brittany, near the beach and only a five minute walk from the town centre of Le Conquet, the harbour town of the des Pays d'Iroise.

All apartments have a separate entrance and boast a patio and a private parking space. You can relax here. Each apartment has been cosily furnished with modern furnishings in bright and friendly colours. Large panoramic windows offer views of the garden and daylight. All flats have an open plan kitchen integrated into the living room with all necessary appliances, including an oven, a ceramic stove, a dishwasher, a television, a stereo and more. A communally used laundry room is at your disposal.

The beautiful duplex apartment accommodates up to ten people and is located on the first floor of the new, stylish holiday home. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean. The four room apartment boasts are two bedrooms furnished with a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed, two additional bedrooms furnished with two 90 cm x 200 cm single beds each and a living room with a television, a stereo, a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) for two, a well-equipped open plan kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and two toilets. The 50 m² private patio is furnished with outdoor furniture.

Enjoy walks along the beautiful, small bay or along the coast and take in the stunning views. Explore the harbour and the town centre. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood in a picturesque town with all necessary shops.

From the apartment as a home base, you can take several trips.
