Das Appartement liegt auf dem Hochplateau Tschengla, Brandnertal / Gemeindegebiet Bürserberg inmitten eines reizvollen Ski- und Wanderparadieses auf 1250hm gelegen bietet eine herrliche Aussicht zur Zimba über Bludenz zum Muttersberg.

Das Tschengla Hochplateau ist ein Stück unberührte Natur in den Alpen Vorarlbergs und bietet einerseits Ruhe und Erholung trotzdem sind Sie mit dem Auto in 20 min in Brand oder Bludenz. Es ist Ausgangspunkt von vielen Wanderungen, Berg - und Biketouren und in 20 min zu Fuss sind Sie auf der Alpe Rona und können täglich frische Milch, Butter, Käse holen. Minimarkt 1 km, Dorflädele 4 km, Einkaufzentrum Zimbapark 8 km entfernt. Für Täglich frische Brötchen gibts Brötchenservice, lieferung bis vor die Haustüre.

Das Haus besteht aus 6 Appartments und einem Wellnessbereich mit Sauna/Whirpool.
Die Wohnung ist mit 60 m² sehr geräumig und besteht aus einer Wohnküche, zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern mit Dusche / WC. In der Wohnküche befinden sich Geschirr, Spühlmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Fernseher, Stereoanlage. In den Schlafzimmern ist je ein Doppelbett vorhanden, ein Schlafzimmer mit Terrasse und SAT - TV. Im Keller ist der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Duschen.

Das Hochplateau Tschengla ist angeschlossen an das Skigebiet Brandnertal mit 56 km Pisten. Der Einstieg in das Skigebiet ist 900m vom Haus entfernt und in 15 Minuten fußläufig oder in 2 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Bei ausreichender Schneelage kann man mit den Ski bis zum Haus abfahren.

Außerdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses Loipen, geräumte
Winterwanderwege und eine Rodelbahn bis ins Tal. Das Montafon ist 30, der Arlberg 50 Minuten entfernt.
