3-bedroom panorama-apartment at Villa La Jamisa, with great sea views

Villa La Jamisa, a small private resort with panoramic sea views, is located at the edge of the
famous "white town" Mijas Pueblo, at a quiet private road, in the midst of a 2000m² Mediterranean
garden, with several sunny and relaxing terraces. The town with its white houses, restaurants,
bodegas, shops, pharmacies, a market, a museum, a bus station and everything you need is about a
three-minute walk away.

At the villa, you can choose between suites, maisonette apartments and large apartments for 4-6 p.,
all furnished at a high level, including air-conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi, and private
bathroom with hairdryer. A nice outdoor pool with sea views, a Finnish sauna, a holiday library and
a pleasant bodega for breakfast and Paella are something to look forward to.
The panorama-apartment "BuenaVista2" is an entire 125 qm level of a two-storey house, featuring a
spacious salon (40 sq/ms) with pleasant overall ambience and great sea views, a generous leather
seating area with satellite LED TV, a large open American kitchen fully equipped, with bar, a 24-sqm
ctystal parlour with ceiling-high sliding glass doors with stunning views of the coast as well as a
private adjoining terrace. Two large bedrooms, two adjoining private bathrooms, and a large sofa-bed
in the crystal parlour (usable as 3rd bedroom) provide comfort for 4-6 persons.

The villa consists of several two-storey buildings, creating a pleasantly private atmosphere. There
is a lovely, enclosed, and terraced Mediterranean garden of around 2000 m² with palm, lemon and
orange trees. It features a shared pool, several sunny terraces, a waterfall and a fountain, BBQ
area, and wellness area with sauna and massage. The resort is shielded by a wall towards the quiet
private street, and is open towards the valley and the sea. Here you can find peace and quiet and
relaxation.

The "white town" Mijas Pueblo is only a few minutes to walk. It is an exceptional location at an
airy altitude (300 m above sea level), with an extensive view over mountains, green valleys and the
sea. Already inhabited by the Romans, Mijas Pueblo is almost like a museum today, as a carefully
preserved little town in a classical Spanish style, without concrete buildings. It is a popular
destination with a beautiful old town, a pedestrian zone and the only oval bullfighting arena in
Spain.
Leisure activities include golf (36 courses within one hour), tennis (at Lew Hood Tennis Center 5
minutes), horseback-riding (at Rancho La Paz, 10 minutes), and of course you can also enjoy water
sports such as swimming, sailing, surfing, and you can go high sea fishing, on boat tours, enjoy
fitness, climbing, cycling, sightseeing, hiking, shopping and so on. Our location is an ideal
starting point for day trips and tours to Malaga, Granada/Alhambra, famous "caminito del Rey",
Ronda, Cordoba, Tarifa etc. On arrival you will receive a detailed information folder with things
that cannot be found in travel guides, proven restaurant recommendations, and individual advice by
the owners.
With your booking you will receive detailed directions to the Villa from Malaga airport AGP (15-20
minutes), the public transport connections and an offer for private transfer. Please note that
arrival time is daily 15:00 until 21:00, unless otherwise agreed upon.

    “Friendly reception. Nice garden. Spacious apartment with large balcony and beautiful views. Unfortunately, the device was very disappointing. Broken, uncomfortable benches with broken covers and tarpaulins weather over there. Mattress 10 cm wider than bed. Bedside did not fit bed. Table different. Pull-out that could not be extended because of the space. Shower 5 cm. wider than shower which all water ran past them. After 9 days, no change of towels, despite attempts to call (no reply) and SMS. Eventually house lady just managed to find on departure. Wifi continually falls away. The kitchen was dirty. Many things with leftovers still attached. Knives dirty knife block. 1 bathroom no heating. Mosquito nets which were skewed and not joined. The tavern La Bodega is a dirty dusty box of approx. 4m2 where the cats live. After a very friendly welcome the owner was nowhere to be found. This place definitely has the potential to be a dream place, but is at most 2 stars at the moment. Owner suggests there have no sense.”
