The complex is located on the Urbanization Dona Pepa (Ciudad Quesada). Ciudad Quesada is a modern town. From Ciudad Quesada to Alicante airport you have to drive 30 minutes.

The house has three levels. On the ground floor we have a a fully fitted kitchen and a nice dinning room. We have 2 terraces, you can relax on both, one with sight on the swimming pool the other with sight on the road.
On the first floor we have one double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (both with airo) and a bathroom.
On the 3th floor you will find a solarium.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with freezer, frigde, microwave, …. In our livingroom we have a TV with satellite. Other: washing machine, linen and towels are provided, sunbeds available.

There are 2 communal swimming pool 10 m from our house, one large and one small (see photo’s "zwembad").
The property is only 5 minutes walking from a small shop, bank, restaurants and bars. Go-Karting, scuba-diving, wind-surfing, and jet Ski-ing, are close to Guardamar which is a 15 minute drive away Guardamar has a beautiful sandy beach, cafes, and restaurants.

Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away, which has numerous restaurants and plenty to see and do.
There are daily markets and fiestas in throughout the year.
Local activities are: cycling, diving, fishing, golf, hiking, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind surfing, bowling.
Interesting places: Orihuela, Torrevieja, Elche, Alicante, ….
