Unser Ferienhaus Villa Bettina in Miami Playa ist ein wunderschönes freistehendes Haus im katalanischen Stil. Das Grundstück ist mit einer Mauer und einer Zypressen Hecke umgeben. Der Garten mit eigenem Pool ist der zentrale Platz während des Sommers. Neben Palmen, Feigenbäumen und einer Banane, gibt es noch weitere mediterane Pflanzen, welche das Flair ausmachen. Zum Strand mit sehr schönen Buchten sind es zu Fuß lediglich 800 Meter. Anfahrt mit dem Auto: Miami Platja, liegt im südlichen Teil der Costa Dorada, direkt am Mittelmeer. Über die wenige Kilometer entfernte Autobahn Barcelona-Valencia oder die parallel laufende Landstraße verkehrsgünstig erreichbar. Anreise mit dem Flugzeug: Vom Flughafen Reus ist das Haus in weniger als 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Vom Flughafen Barcelona benötigen sie eine Stunde. Anfahrt mit der Bahn: Auch mit der Eisenbahn gelangt man nach Miami Platja. Der Bahnhof Hospitalet del Infante ist ganz in der Nähe von Miami Platja.

    “We stayed from 23.12.2016 until 06.01.2017 there. The administrator has taken us in and we went together to the property. The house is situated in a beautiful and quiet residential area. When we arrived the house was already heated and looked very inviting. Unfortunately, the oil tank was on the second day already empty, so we sat in a cold apartment. The manager, however, has taken care of immediately by telephone contact! A day later, then licked the small bathroom, the heating, so that the room was under water. Fortunately, we have this pinned pretty early and have again set ourselves with the administrator. He has very professional and immediately instructed the installer here. To our detriment had this heating are unfortunately removed and replaced with the upcoming holidays as a replacement could be found. Showers was now only possible in the large bathroom.

    The kitchen is equipped with all necessary so that no wishes remain. The coffee, however, should be decalcified regularly as desired also by the proprietor. Small Note markings create as remedy unless one speaks German! Personally pity is actually that the tower room is closed. From the balcony you would certainly have a great view of the beautiful surroundings. The pool and the existing terrace are the highlight of the property and very well maintained. Even in winter, the pool was cleaned. We felt at the time very well. 8 year old son and the dog felt very well !!

The oil tank I had in November checks by hand on, were at that time still a good 800 liters available. This I am very sorry, but I hope my house administrator super responsive in spite of Christmas Eve and acted immediately. The towel radiator in the bathroom was now replaced. We were unable to resolve this quickly because of the holidays. In the final cleaning we have for many years, as requested by you, a flat rate of 90, - €. Since dogs means more work for the cleaning ladies of course, because the hair, we have to pass on these costs to the tenant. We apologize for any inconvenience.     “The house is situated in a beautiful environment. The outdoor area with pool, barbecue and dining areas was maintained, inviting you to linger. The manager was standing reach and could Swiss German.
