Holiday apartment with a garden and a terrace, right by a ski piste

Spend your holiday in this lovely holiday apartment for eight people and discover the Wilder Kaiser Brixental ski world. The luxurious and tastefully decorated six-room apartment of 140m², for two to eight people, is on the ground floor. It is right by the cable cars and the ski piste.

The apartment has a big living room (30m²) with a sofa, a dining table and a big flatscreen TV, as well as access to the terrace and the conservatory, with a cosy tiled fireplace stove and seating. There is an open kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (pads), big fridge with freezer etc. The apartment has three bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms with a WC.

The house has a terrace and a garden (150m²) with garden furniture and a conservatory. There are private parking spaces right by the house.

In the immediate vicinity there are the cable cars (about 150 metres away) to Kitzbühel and the Wilder Kaiser ski resort. The piste (snow cannons) goes right past the doorstep. There are a lake and an outdoor swimming pool about 300 metres away. The two-family house is in a quiet and sunny location right near all the important infrastructures. A car is not necessary.

IMPORTANT: please note that from April 2015 two new holiday apartments are being built, so because of building noise and private use this apartment is not available until after the end of 2015.
