Unberührt von touristischem Gedränge und doch nur wenige Kilometer von Schloss Neuschwanstein und der Burgruine Ehrenberg entfernt, befindet sich an den Lechauen gelegen, im traumhaften Naturpark des Kulturzentrums „Die Villa“ ein gemütliches Ferienhäuschen.

Das Ferienhaus Pinswang besteht aus 2 Stockwerken und einem zusätzlich ausgebauten Dachgeschoß.
Im EG und im 1. Stock finden Sie je 2 Schlafzimmer, eine Wohnküche und ein Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, WC und einer Dusche bzw. Badewanne sowie eine Südterrasse bzw. Balkon.
Das Dachgeschoß besteht aus 2 miteinander verbundenen Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, WC und Dusche.

Die Terrasse auf der Rückseite des Hauses und der daran angeschlossene Garten bieten ausreichend Platz zum Entspannen, Sonnenbaden, Spielen und Grillen mit einem Standgrill. Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden.

Das Haus ist besonders für unternehmungslustige Gruppen bis zu 13 Personen geeignet, die sich gerne selber versorgen und keinen allzu hohen Luxusanspruch haben.

Durch die einmalige Lage sind viele Attraktionen und Freizeitaktivitäten schon in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Im Sommer laden zahlreiche Berge zu gemütlichen Wanderungen ein. Auch für Spaziergänge oder Touren mit dem Mountainbike ist die Region der idealer Ort. Gehen Sie den "Lechweg" oder erkunden Sie die historische „Via Claudia Augusta“.
Verschiedene Bergseen in nächster Umgebung bieten Ihnen eine herrliche Erfrischung.
Im Winter laden verschiedene Skigebiete in der Umgebung zum Snowboarden, Skifahren oder Skitourengehen ein. Besuchen Sie zur Entspannung die nahe gelegene Therme, die für Urlauber täglich 2 Stunden gratis geöffnet hat.

Besonders für Naturliebhaber und Ruhebedürftige ist ein Ausflug zum "Lech" empfehlenswert. Er befinden sich nur wenige Schritte vom Ferienhaus entfernt und ist durch unseren eigenen Zugang gut erreichbar ist. Je nach Jahreszeit und Witterungsbedingungen finden Sie dort entweder einen reißenden Fluss oder aber einen kilometerlangen nahezu verlassenen Steinstrand, der zum Spazierengehen, Sonnenbaden oder schwimmen im eiskalten Wasser einläd.
