Charming house with a terrace and a garden in the Morbihan gulf

This charming house is in the Morbihan gulf, 1km from the centre of Séné and just 3km from the harbour in Vannes.

The house with 60m² of living space faces south and can accommodate up to four people. It has a living room, a kitchen and dining area, a mezzanine, a bathroom and two bedrooms and has electric heating. The living room has a fireplace oven, a comfortable sofa, a TV and a radio. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and toaster. There is also a round table with four chairs, where you can enjoy meals together. The bathroom provides a shower, a washbasin and a WC. There is another separate WC. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The property is non-smoking.

Outside there is a 30m² garden without neighbours, with a terrace and garden furniture.

In the locality (3 to 4km away) there is e.g. wireless Internet access in Mc Donald’s. There is a launderette 3km away. It is just a few minutes to the beach. Enjoy the paths along the coast or use the cycle paths. It is an ideal place for water sports, cycle tours and hikes and an ideal starting point for exploring the inland area. Nearby you can find shops, the pier with boats to the islands and the Falguérec bird reserve. Vannes, its harbour and the magnificent and very vibrant medieval old town are 3km away.
