Holiday apartment with a wonderful view of the town harbour

This apartment is very exclusively located, right between the harbour promenade and the castle right by the Ueckermünde “festival mile” and with a wonderful view over the town harbour. It provides around 63m² of living space and is on the second floor. The building has a lift. It is modern accommodation with elegant and new furnishing. The first occupancy was in 2012.

It has a generous living room with a leather corner sofa, a dining table with chairs anda desk, a big TV with cable channels and a radio. One bedroom has a double bed, while the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed (90 x 200cm, also suitable for adults.) There is a hallway. The bathroom has a shower, bath and WC. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc., as well as a full set of tableware and cookware. Bed linen is incuded in the price, along with a travel cot and highchair on request. An iron and ironing board, tea towels and dishcloths are available free of charge on request. Internet access is possible via a Telekom hotspot. Water and electricity are charged according to use. The final cleaning is payable in addition.

You can park your car or motorbike free of charge on the on-site parking area.

The accommodation includes a lovely exclusive location right by the town castle and the big harbour basin. The light apartment flooded with daylight and three further apartments is on the second floor of a heritage-protected house. Enjoy the fabulous view over the whole harbour basin. The bedroom faces the pedestrian zone with a view of the old town. It is right by the Ueckermünde “festival mile” (Haff Sail 5-7 June, Haff Days 24-26 July, harbour festival 14-16 August etc.). It is a short work to the boat pier, the fishing mile, boat and bicyce hire and the town centre with bars, shops etc.

You can or cycle to the beach about 2km away. The suspension bridge for cars over the Uecker is less than 100 metres away. From there you have direct access from the opposite side of the harbour to the cyclingadn hiking path through a beautiful landscape over a little old wooden bridge, along meadows by the water to the Ueckermünde beach, to the lagoon town or the Uecker estuary, to watch th shops passing to the Haff. There is a minigolf course by the beach, while golfing enthusiasts can visit the 18-hole course by the Schlosshotel Krugsdorf (ca. 34km away).

You can visit the Ueckermünde animal park or the Ukranenland in Torgelow to gain an insight into how the Slavic ancestors in the region lived more than 1000 years ago.

You can go fishing right on the doorstep on the banks of the Uecker or one of the other countless fishing spots in the region. There is a fising shop around the corner, 20 metres away. Guest fishing permits can be purchased there. There is boat hire within walking distance. If you are here with friends then you can go on a raft ride on the Uecker, with grilling included. You can take boats to Usedom or Swinemünde and take your bike with you and explore Usedom on cycle paths. Definitely bring your inline skates with you, as Usedom has a very long beach promenade.

Approximate distances, on foot: 2000 metres to the beach or minigolf course, 500 metres to a cinema, 100 metres to the castle, museum and library (in case it is raining), 300 metres to the train station or skating alley, 200 metres to a public playground in the Ueckerpark, 250 metres to boat or bicycle hire, 150 metres to the nearest shop, restaurant or café, 100 metres to the boat pier for Usedom and Swinemünde, 10 metres to the harbour promenade, your own boat mooring, your car and the tourist information with a washing machine and dryer for use. By bicycle or car: 7km to the “Move” sports and leisure centre in Eggesin with tennis courts, badminton, volleyball, a whole-year ice skating rink, bouncy castles, bowling, fitness, sauna, whirlpool, solarium etc., and 12km to Ukranenland in Torgelow.
