Moderne Finca mit sehr großem Grundstück und Privatpool

Dieses tolle Ferienhaus befindet sich im Tal von Sant-Llorenç, in sehr ruhiger Lage und nur sechs Kilometer von Sta. Eulalia entfernt.

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und verfügt über ein Wohnfläche von ungefähr 180m², die sich über zwei Ebenen verteilen. In der unteren Etage befindet sich ein großer und offener Wohnbereich mit Esstisch, genügend Stühlen, einer gemütlichen Couchgarnitur und die offene Küche, die vollständig und modern ausgestattet ist. Die Küche verfügt über eine Bar und besitzt die modernsten Elektrogeräte, wie Cerankochfeld, Backofen, großer Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster und ein Geschirrspüler. Zudem gibt es im Erdgeschoss noch ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. In der oberen Etage gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (150 x 190), zwei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Einzelbetten (90 x 190) und ein großes Bad mit Badewanne. Von allen Schlafzimmern haben Sie direkten Zugang auf eine Terrasse.

Der Außenbereich erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von mehr als 20000 m² und es gibt mehr als 100 Obstbäume. Das Haus verfügt über einen schönen Pool (7m x 5m) mit Terassen und ist von einer Balustrade umgeben. Es gibt sowohl überdachte Terrassen wie auch Freiterrassen, die zum Sonnenbaden einladen. Ein überdachter Grillplatz mit Essecke befindet sich direkt neben dem Pool.

Das Haus ist mit Sat.-TV, Stereoanlage, Waschmaschine und einem Trockner ausgestattet (Beide sind in der Garage untergebracht). Es gibt auch noch ein Zustellbett (80 x 190) für die siebte Person. Das Haus ist komplett klimatisiert.

Der nächstgelegene Strand befindet sich in einer Entfernung von ca. sieben Kilometer. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants liegen etwa 1.3 Kilometer entfernt.

    “Fantastic vacation rental! Everything is up to the point. On arrival there was a fruit basket ready and a bottle of bubbles was in the fridge. Adequate towels and bath towels are provided.

    The extremely friendly manager / owner was present within 30 min when we had a problem with the water and did everything to get it done (this was due to a fire in the area causing a malfunction).
