This is a beautiful villa located in a quiet residential area next to Marbella in Mijas-Costa, enjoying a splendid view of the greenery and the sea. Covered terrace, swimming-pool (7.5mx3.5m) surrounded by a furnished terrace, outdoors shower room (toilet, sink) near the swimming pool, garden with various flowers. The house comprises a large living room, a big dining room, an equipped American kitchen (microwave, American fridge, washing machine) and two bedrooms (1x2p) with its shower, toilet, bidet and terrace. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (2x1p, 2x1p) with each a private bathroom, toilet and terrace. Each terrace is decked with garden furniture.     “A whole fantastic accommodation that exceeded our expectations, it appeared neat, clean and luxurious. A whole fantastic views and surroundings can not be described but must be experienced.

    We were greeted by a very sweet and friendly landlord who showed us around the house, and then he drove us around the area to show us the shopping, resturanger and beach etc. The landlord lived in the neighboring house and were fantastic helpful with everything such as excursions, printing our return tickets and booking the taxi to the airport so we could be there in good time.
