Holiday villa on an enclosed property with two options (accommodating two or ten), each with private use of the pool, the patio and the garden

This holiday villa is located above the long sandy beaches in the green, hilly landscape on Ibiza's east coast. It is outside of Santa Eulalia Del Rio, has no direct neighbours and therefore offers complete privacy. At the same time, you are just a stone's throw from the town centre.

The enclosed property is secured with an electronically operated gate. It houses the main house and the adjacent guest house. You can either rent the entire property (main house and guest house) for ten people or only the guest house for two. When only the guest house is rented, the main house is not rented and locked, so you still benefit from having the property to yourself.

Outside, you will find the 10 x 5 m pool, surrounded by sun loungers and shades. The sun sail offers a shady spot when needed. There is also an outdoor shower. The patio houses the barbecue, a dining table and eight chairs, so you can enjoy your meals al fresco. The kids will enjoy the ping pong table. A car is recommended; just outside the property there is plenty of secure parking spaces.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by the owner, who will ensure that everything is perfect. He will leave his phone number with you; do not hesitate to contact him should any questions arise during your stay.

The villa is about 4 km from the sandy beach (Platja Es Figueral - less than a ten minute drive). Equidistant is Santa Eulalia Del Rio, with its shops, a colourful market, cafes and restaurants and beautiful beach walk. It is 5 km to Santa Gertrud, a lively spot for nightlife.

Die ebenerdige Ferien-Villa wurde erst kürzlich im Jahre 2001 liebevoll renoviert und bietet alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt, einschließlich Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen und zuverlässigem Internetzugang über WLAN (kostenlos). Beide Gebäude bieten zusammen eine Wohnfläche von insgesamt 350 m², die sich folgendermaßen aufteilt: In der Hauptvilla erwartet Sie ein offener Wohn- und Essbereich, eine separate, vollständig ausgestattete Küche, vier Schlafzimmer und ein lichtdurchflutetes Tageslichtbadezimmer. Im Gästehaus nebenan befindet sich ebenfalls ein Wohnbereich, eine Küche sowie das fünfte Schlaf- und das weitere Badezimmer. Die Wohnbereiche sind mit gemütlichen Sofas, einem breiten Flachbildfernseher mit Satellitenempfang, einem DVD und einem CD Spieler, einer Stereoanlage (inklusive iPod Docking Station), Gesellschaftsspielen und einem Esstisch aus Holz mit Stühlen eingerichtet. Und ein offener Kamin in der Hauptvilla unterstreicht noch die heimelige Atmosphäre und sorgt für kuschelige Wärme an kühleren Abenden. In den Küchen befindet sich eine Spülmaschine, ein Vierzonen Gasherd, ein Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Mikrowelle, ein Wasserkocher, Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die fünf Schlafzimmer sind viermal mit einem 180 cm x 200 cm großen Doppelbett und einmal mit einem 160 cm x 200 cm großen Doppelbett ausgestattet. Und die in der Hauptvilla profitieren zudem von einem eigenen Fernseher, alle fünf haben Moskitogitter an den Fenstern. Die beiden Badezimmer verfügen jeweils über eine begehbare Dusche, einen Waschtisch mit Wandspiegel, einen Föhn und eine Toilette. Ein Hochstuhl für ein Kind steht zur Verfügung und selbstverständlich sind auch genügend Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Mietpreis inbegriffen.

In einem abgeschlossenen Raum direkt neben der Hauptvilla finden Sie noch Ihre eigene Waschmaschine und einen Trockner vor. Zudem sorgt hier eine Gästetoilette und die dritte Dusche für zusätzlichen Komfort.
