Die vier Schlafzimmer sind mit insgesamt einem Doppelbett (200 cm x 200 cm) und sechs Einzelbetten (90 cm x 200 cm) ausgestattet. Auf Anfrage stehen Ihnen außerdem bis zu zwei Babybetten und Hochstühle kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist mit Herd, Minibackofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und sogar einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet. In den vier Badezimmern stehen Ihnen insgesamt eine Badewanne, vier WCs und vier Duschen zur Verfügung. Außerdem sind ein Safe, eine Stereoanlage, Sat.-TV, ein DVD-Spieler, ein Bügeleisen, ein Staubsauger, eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus ist mit einer reversiblen Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die alle Räume kühlen oder heizen kann. Auch Internet (WLAN) kann überall empfangen werden. An kalten Tagen können Sie es sich auch vor dem Kamin gemütlich machen. Brennholz bekommen Sie in einer Tankstelle ganz in der Nähe.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich mitten in einem typisch andalusischen Garten mit Orangen- und Feigenbäumen, Palmen und Jasmin. Auf dem komplett umfriedeten Grundstück befinden sich drei weitere Häuser, mit deren Mietern Sie einen Tennisplatz, Minigolf (neun Loch), eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Petanquefeld gemeinschaftlich nutzen können. Ein Highlight stellt der private Pool dar, der Ihnen angenehme Abkühlung bietet. Auch der Balkon und die Terrasse lassen sich natürlich perfekt nutzen. Gartenmöbel und ein Grill sind vorhanden. Ebenso stehen Ihnen ein Parkplatz sowie eine Garage zur Verfügung.

Zum Einkaufen können Sie zwei Supermärkte in 500 Metern Entfernung nutzen. Einer von beiden hat sogar sieben Tage die Woche von acht bis ein Uhr morgens geöffnet. Auch der Strand liegt nur 500 Meter entfernt und somit schnell zu erreichen. Das Meer können Sie bereits von Ihrer Unterkunft aus sehen.

    “A whole fantastic accommodation that exceeded our expectations, it appeared neat, clean and luxurious. A whole fantastic views and surroundings can not be described but must be experienced.

    We were greeted by a very sweet and friendly landlord who showed us around the house, and then he drove us around the area to show us the shopping, resturanger and beach etc. The landlord lived in the neighboring house and were fantastic helpful with everything such as excursions, printing our return tickets and booking the taxi to the airport so we could be there in good time.

    10 minutes walk to fine shopping and resturanger though it was a little hard on the way back because the last 200 meters were quite steep. (4 therefore circles)”

    “We (6 people 1 baby) were end of May. In this villa that leaves nothing to be desired 4 bedrooms with bathroom en-suite, fireplace, large living-dining area and a well equipped kitchen.
