Holiday villa with panoramic views and pool near the beach

This newly renovated holiday house is located on the outskirts of the village, yet central area of ​​Paguera. The beach is on foot in about 10 minutes (downhill), as well as numerous restaurants and shops. The house is in a hillside position, a long staircase leads to the entrance. There are close some public parking.

Behind the kitchen there is a small room with washing machine and access to a more sheltered terrace with furniture.

You have a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and pine woods.

The large Mercadona supermarket can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, this also offers delivery. As restaurants, shops and the beach are within walking distance, a car is not absolutely necessary.
