Villa with a garden and a private pool near the beach

This villa is located in Playa Blanca, in the Las Coloradas Region, in southern Lanzarote, only a ten minute walk from the Playa de Papagayo beach.

The 90 m² house offers room for up to four people. The villa offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second one with two single beds. All rooms are bright and have windows. Two of the rooms have built in closets. The bathroom offers a shower, a bidet, a sink and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a tea pot, a kettle and a microwave. The open plan kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar. The living room is furnished with a 32" satellite flat screen television with a DCD player and a USB connection. The villa's decoration is warm and cosy. All rooms have windows.

There is a spacious patio and a pergola with a teak table and six chairs. From here you can see the ocean and the mountains. The garden is well maintained with beautiful plants and flowers. Here you will also find the pool and the barbecue. The double bedroom grants access to a patio with a table and chairs and armchairs; a beautiful spot for enjoying your breakfast.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with a goodie basket (not valid for 7=5 offers). The pool heating is also not included when booking the 7=5 offer.

The villa was just recently renovated, is bright and located in a quiet neighbourhood (one way street). There are a total of only 8 houses on the street. It is just a seven minute walk to the beach.
