Typical Breton natural stone house with a terrace, on a peninsula and near the beach

This holiday house is on the Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer peninsula, at the heart of the village of the same name.

The little fisherman’s house is made of natural stone, typical of the region, and was renovated in 2012. The ground floor has a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 190cm), a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190cm) and another WC. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer compartment and coffee machine. Cleaning products are provided and the washing machine can be used free of charge. The living room provides a stereo system, a TV, a DVD player and a radio. Books, comics, magazines, CDs and DVDs are also available. A cot, a highchair and a baby bath can be provided on request. All the rooms have heating. The whole house offers you free wifi.

There is a little terrace with garden furniture for your own exclusive use. About 10 to 20 metres from the house there are free, public parking spaces. The owners speak French and German.

The beach (200 metres) and shopping facilities (100 metres) are in the immediate vicinity. It is also just a few steps to the nearest bakery (100 metres). The area is great for hiking, as well as mud flat fishing or water sports (sailing, kite surfing). You can also play golf (Saint Cast le Guido, Saint Briac/Dinard) or go riding. You can even visit a climbing garden. Within 25km you can explore the emerald coast, Cap Fréhel, a castle (Fort-la-Latte), Dinant (a medieval town) or Saint Malo (a Corsair town). Those who would like to venture further afield can visit Mont Saint Michel an hour’s drive away and be rewarded with architecture that is well worth seeing.
